INFORMATION ON THE GUARANTEE
Profix, the owner of Tryton brand, guarantees that the product purchased will be efficient during the guarantee period. If at that time a manufacturing defect is ascertained in Tryton machine, it will be removed by a specialised service point free of charge.

WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE, RETAIN A RECEIPT AND GUARANTEE CARD FOR YOURSELF.
Hide them in a place where you would always find it fast. Take a photo of the receipt, just in case. Read the instruction manual, too.

2.
IF THE MACHINE STOPS WORKING OR IF YOU HAVE DOUBTS WHETHER IT WORKS PROPERLY,
first see the instruction manual. Maybe the problem is trivial and you can solve it by yourself. However, if there are no hints in the documentation delivered with the product or you are not sure, whether the ones described refer to your case, contact PROFIX central service by phone or a-mail.

3.
DURING THE CALL OR IN CORRESPONDENCE DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM.
PROFIX technical consultant will help you make a proper decision. If you are sure that the problems result from the machine defect, you can deliver the machine packed in an original or replacement box together with the receipt and the guarantee card to the point of purchase.

THE PROBLEM WILL BE DIAGNOSED
and the machine repaired as soon as possible. The repair lasts 14 days at the average. After repair the machine will be sent to the address of the person that had sent it. If it is a shop, the seller will inform you when the machine is ready to be picked up.
The guarantee card includes a detailed course of action to be taken in case irregularities are ascertained in the operation of the Tryton machine. The product should be delivered to the point of purchase or sent directly to the service point of Profix where it will be repaired free of charge and returned to the client.

- any damage caused by the user,
- repairs, modifications or changes made by oneself and operation of the device inconsistent with the instruction manual,
- damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions when starting, maintaining and operating the device,
- damage caused by device overload resulting from excessive operation of the device or work in improper conditions,
- natural wear and tear of the parts like graphite motor brushes,
- any mechanical damage and the ones that causes wastage of things,
- repairs that consist in adjustments and the actions provided for in the instruction that the user is obliged to perform by itself and at its own expense.
- The guarantee period is 24 months and it starts running from the day of the documented sales to a direct user.
- In case of the purchase related to issuing VAT invoice the guarantee period is 12 months.
- The guarantee repairs are carried out in the Guarantor's service point located in the seat of Profix.
- The guarantee covers defects of construction and in material disclosed during the guarantee period on the condition of proper operation.
- The guarantee do not cover:
- The guarantee rights will be lost if the interference in the device is ascertained that is not carried out by an authorised service point.
- The complaint should be made directly to the Guarantor or the point of sale within 3 days of the day the defect is detected. The goods covered by the complaint should be delivered to the point of purchase or directly to the manufacturer – the time limit for repair may be extended. The guarantee period is extended by the time of repair.
- Accepted repairs under guarantee will be carried out within 14 days of the day the device is delivered to the service point. If the repair requires an expert opinion or if spare parts need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, the time limit for repair may be extended. The guarantee period is extended by the time of repair.
- The basis for exercising the rights under guarantee is the presentation of the receipt for the goods and the Guarantee Card with a seller's stamp, the information on purchase date and the type of device. The Guarantee Card is invalid without the information and stamp required.
- Checking an efficient device by guarantee service is not understood as repair under guarantee. The costs of such checking is borne by the device owner.
CONDITIONS OF CERTIFICATION
All machinery (devices) of Tryton brand meet the requirement of the New Approach Directives that set out the basic requirements concerning their safe operation. Meeting these requirements aims at eliminating the risks that can result for life and health of people, animals and natural environment from using machinery.
Profix, the owner of Tryton brand, disposed of technical documentation for each machine; according to legal requirements it contains all required documents covering the design, research and manufacture that confirm positive assessment of the conformity with the regulations used and that allows marketing of the machine in the territory of the EU.
There are the following departments in Profix which aim at assuring quality and safe operation of machinery: research and development department – whose task is to assess and examine new technical solutions in machines that are being marketed – and certification and quality assurance department whose task is to check the quality of the machines being sold. Our specialists check technical documentation, conformity of machines with EU regulations, manufacture quality and they analyse the relevance of the changes made to the machinery structure as well as remarks from machinery users.
The actions described above guarantee that our products meet the highest standards in terms of durability as well as quality and safety for the user.
According to the regulations in force, the manufacturer is obliged to demonstrate that the machinery manufactured by it complies with the above mentioned EU regulations specified in the Directives and harmonised standards. To this end, at the stages of its designing, prototyping and manufacturing the machine compliance is assessed with all relevant EU regulations.
The conformity assessment, depending on the machine type, may be carried out by the manufacturer within the scope of internal check of the design and manufacture or with participation of external party, that is a notified body which issues type examination certificate for the machine, assess the system of assurance of the manufacture quality and the final product quality.
Only the machines which fulfil the above mentioned essential requirements specified in directives and harmonised standards may be marked with CE mark by the manufacturer.
The machine manufacturer, in order to confirm that the machine conforms with all requirements, issues a declaration of conformity on its own responsibility in which he certifies which particular directives and harmonised standards are fulfilled by the machine manufactured by him.
